Armed with a mechanical engineering degree from NIT,Raipur,India and an MBA from Manchester Business School,UK, Mr.Anup's academic credentials are matched only by his extensive practical experience. With a career trajectory spanning the spectrum of the metal industry, from aluminium extrusion to steel forging and roll forming of aluminium and steel, Mr.Anup has honed his skills in managing manufacturing organizations across global landscapes. His international exposure, encompassing pivotal roles in India, Italy, Kenya and Vietnam has imbued him with a nuanced understanding of diverse work cultures. Mr. Shekar Subramaniam Director & Group Financial Controller

Shekar is a Chartered Accountant with two decades of experience in Finance, General Management, and Advisory roles. He serves as a Director on the Board of Metecno India and is also the Group Financial Controller for the Metecno Group globally, overseeing finance operations across 10 manufacturing facilities in Asia, Europe, and Latin America. His prior experience includes co-founding a boutique management consulting firm in India and holding senior roles in internal audit, financial control, and project management for a UK-based global food major. Shekar is an avid traveler, foodie, music enthusiast, and trained percussionist. He also enjoys trekking, long-distance running, and strength training.

Commencing his journey in 2007 as a Factory Manager, his unwavering commitment and exceptional leadership skills have propelled him to new heights within the company. Throughout his tenure, Mr.Sreedhar has masterfully managed factory operations while actively engaging in sales initiatives, contributing significantly to the company's growth trajectory. His adeptness in polymer injection-moulding and insulated panel manufacturing has been integral to the successful execution of projects under his purview, demonstrating his profound technical expertise and strategic acumen. With a science graduate background complemented by an MBA degree, Mr.Sreedhar epitomizes a well-rounded professional equipped to navigate the complexities of modern business landscapes with finesse and efficacy

Mr. B. Sudharsan Human Resources Head

Mr. B. Sudharsan is a seasoned Human Resources professional with over 30 years of experience in the field. He joined Metecno India on July 4, 2011, and has since played a pivotal role in driving the company’s administrative and HR functions with integrity and dedication. He holds a Master of Business Administration from Madras University, complemented by a six-month diploma in Labour Law, providing him with a strong academic foundation in strategic human resource management and statutory compliance.

At Metecno India, he is responsible for overseeing end-to-end administration and HR operations, including recruitment, contract manpower management, and government statutory compliance. He also manages employee welfare, compensation, and benefits, while serving as a key point of support for staff members by addressing grievances and promoting a professional, compliant, and people-centric workplace culture.
